
Mono-ski
Mono-ski description: The mono ski is designed to be used by a strong skier who sits to ski using hand-held outriggers, and seeks to ski independently.
Typical student: Fully cognitive, with good upper body strength and coordination.
Disabilities: Spinal cord injury (typically T-4 and below), amputation and other ambulatory issues.
Age: 14+
Weight limit: For the safety of the student and instructor, a mono-skier must weigh no more than 185 lbs.
