Payments and Cancellation Policy
- We require full payment in advance to guarantee your reservation. Payments are non-refundable.
- If notice of cancellation is received 24 hours in advance of a reserved program activity, you will recieve an Achieve Tahoe credit, valid for current winter or summer season.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not receive a refund or credit.
- We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if you arrive more than 30 minutes late without calling us first at (530) 581-4161. Under these circumstances you will not receive a refund or credit.
SPECIAL WINTER CONSIDERATIONS
When you make your reservation, please consider weather, traffic and road conditions. For example, during the winter it is possible that the mountains may receive heavy snowfall the day of your lesson. The fact that it is snowing or tire chains are required on the roads you are travelling does not warrant a credit or refund for a cancelled lesson. During the summer, roads around Lake Tahoe experience heavy traffic. Please plan your transportation accordingly.
